Conditions for the use of CD AIP_AIC
This CD is delivered with the following conditions that define what you can do with the CD.
Using the CD, means that you agree with the stated conditions. If you do not agree, please return this Product to us within 10 days from the delivery date to our address:

A. PRODUCT
CD contains aeronautical information files (hereinafter called "Product") including
- Aeronatical Information
Publication (AIP)
- Amendment service to AIP (AIP AMDT)
- Supplement to AIP (AIP SUP)
- Aeronatical Information Circular (AIC)
B. YOU ARE AUTHORIZED TO:
- Use one copy of the Product only on one computer. Only one user may use this copy in the given time. If you want to use this Product for more users, it is necessary that each user has an individual CD.
- Create one copy of the Product for an archive or backup purposes.
- Use copy of Product on a home computer or a portable computer, unless this copy is not installed at the same time in your primary computer, but only until it is installed in your primary computer.
- Transfer the Product to other person only if this person agrees with these conditions. You must stop all use of the Product and delete or destroy all copies (including a copy on hard disk) that were created for your use.
C. YOU ARE NOT AUTHORIZED:
- To lend, to rent, to use the Product or create copies in a way which is not allowed by these conditions.
- To transfer the Product except cases listed above in the section B.
- To copy, to save in a searching system or to transfer in whatever form i.e., electronic, mechanical form or by means of photocopying or recording it, or by other means without a previous written agreement with ANS of the CR.
- To redistribute, to sell or publish files included in the Product.
In case of violation of the above mentioned conditions, the provider reserves the right to stop any CD delivering without any compensation.
