1Local traffic regulations and restrictions
1.1Movement areas could be unserviceable in winter season (snow clearance is not provided) and after prolonged rains.
1.2AD is located in MCTR Pardubice. ATZ is a part of MCTR Pardubice. Outside of MCTR Pardubice ATZ is created by a segment of circle with radius 3 NM (5,5 km) with centre in ARP AD LKCR and it is extended vertically from GND to 1000 ft/300 m AGL. ATZ is a part of MTMA Pardubice above this altitude.
1.3TWYs are not created. Taxiing is carried out only via RWY 06/24.
1.4Noise abatement procedures
1.4.1Following noise abatement procedures are laid down for all powered aeroplanes:
1.4.1.1The traffic circuit altitude for RWY 06/24 is 2300 ft / 700 m AMSL.
1.4.1.2Shape of traffic circuits for RWY 06:
As soon as possible after take off turn 15° right from direction of deparure. Crosswind
turn to be started so that residential parts of town Chrudim not to be overflown.
Downwind turn to be carried out in front of town Slatiňany. Downwind leg to be carried
out outside of residential area Podhůra (south of it). Base turn to be started in
front of village Rabštejnská Lhota to avoid its overflying. Base turn to be finished
so that down wind leg and base leg form an angle 120°.
1.4.1.3Shape of traffic circuits for RWY 24:
As soon as possible after take off turn 15° left from direction of deparure. Crosswind
turn to be fliped over so that crosswind segment to be carried out between village
Rabštejnská Lhota and residential area Podhůra. Downwind segment to be carried out
south of residental area Podhůra. Base turn to be started in front of town Slatiňany.
Base leg to be carried out over the road Slatiňany - Chrudim. Residential parts of
town Chrudim not to be overflown.
1.4.1.4Take-offs and landings of powered aircraft are limited on SAT, SUN, HOL - 1200-1300 local time.
1.5Air traffic circuits
1.5.1The traffic circuits for RWY 06/24 are carried out to the south complying with the noise abatement procedure.
2Additional information
2.1Arrivals to the aerodrome outside operational hours are permitted only after previous agreement with the aerodrome operator (check of serviceability of movement areas).
2.2Arrival/departure of an aircraft with total length greater than or equal to 9 m or with maximum fuselage width greater than 2 m is permitted only by prior agreement with the aerodrome operator (to arrange rescue and firefighting services).
2.3Providing information to known traffic in English language O/R 24 HR in advance.
