3Rules for using the areas:
3.1Activation of temporary restricted areas detaches them from the controlled class D airspace within the area of responsibility of the competent ATC unit. When the areas become activated, class G airspace rules and conditions apply within the areas.
3.2Separation from temporary restricted areas, which become class G airspace, is not provided.
3.3Providing information to known traffic (RADIO) will be provided by the organiser within activated temporary restricted areas.
3.4During temporary restricted areas activation times, FRYDLANT RADIO will be always active on frequency channel 123,490 and
+420 558 677 616.
Backup phone number is +420 777 000 494.
3.5All gliders will be listening to FRYDLANT RADIO on frequency channel 123,490 at all times when inside activated temporary restricted area.
3.6Information about status of the area activation/deactivation will be provided by ACC Praha and FIC Praha.
4Rules for entering of other users of the airspace:
4.1Entry to the temporary restricted areas LKR101, LKR102, LKR103 and LKR104 will be allowed to police flights, flights for human life rescue, aircraft of the army of the CR (only NATINAMDS - NATO Integrated Air Defense and Missile System), aircraft performing search and rescue and flights performing firefighting activity.
