The areas have a TRA character. For the possible entry of other users of the airspace of the Czech Republic, not participating in this exercise, the following applies in the ODON areas: • airspace class "G" - from GND to 1000 ft AGL, • airspace class “E” - from 1000 ft AGL to FL095. The areas ODON 11, ODON 12 and ODON 13 will not be activated together with the areas ODON 31, ODON 32 and ODON 33. Each of the areas will be activated for a maximum of 2.5 hours per day. |

3Rules for using the areas for ODON 2023:
3.1These areas have the character of TRA.
3.2These areas take priority over affected TRA/TSA areas published in AIP CR (ENR 5.2 and AIP SUP) and also over areas promulgated via NOTAM.
3.3These areas are used in whole range of given vertical and horizontal limits unless otherwise stated in this SUP.
3.4Planned usage of these areas, including subsequent changes (abatement or cancellation of the restriction) will be promulgated by AUP/UUP.
3.5Each area will be activated and deactivated according to procedures published in the AIP CR.
3.6Existing areas published in AIP CR, ENR 5.2 will be used within the air exercise.
4Rules for entering of other users of the CR airspace not participating in the exercise ODON 2023 to these areas:
4.1For the possible entry (overflight) of other users of the Czech Republic airspace not participating in this exercise, the following airspace classes are applied in these areas:
- from GND to 1000 ft AGL inclusive - class "G";
- from 1000 ft AGL to FL 095 inclusive - class "E".
Note: These airspace classes do not apply to OAT flights conducted as part of this exercise.
4.2Information about current activation status of the areas will be provided by FIC Praha and ACC Praha. Validity of submitted information is 15 minutes. After this period pilot shall consider the areas activated.
4.3Flights of aircraft not participating in this exercise through these areas will not be cleared with the following exceptions:
- Police flights, flights for human life rescue (SAR, HEMS) and firefighting flights, which may enter the areas designated for this exercise under the clearance issued by CRC (Control and Reporting Centre), via the appropriate civil ATS unit or by direct coordination on the frequency designated for providing ATS in the affected area. In order to speed up the coordination of the entry of LZZS helicopters into the activated areas for this exercise, the specific frequency on which air traffic services will be provided in the affected area can be obtained from the CRC contact phone number below 30 minutes before the planned activation of the area. The caller will state the name of the applicant and the company providing the LZZS that is requesting the information. The ACR can retrospectively verify the legitimacy of such a request.
- The NATINAMDS (NATO Integrated Air Defense and Missile System) and NaPoSy PVO ČR (National reinforcement system of air defense of the Czech Republic) flights, which have priority over flights taking part in this exercise. However, entry of these flights into areas designated for this exercise is subject to clearance issued by CRC (Control and Reporting Centre).
- Flights to and from ATZ LKOL (departures to the southeast, arrivals from the southeast) and LKSO (departures to the northeast, arrivals from the northeast) based on proper coordination with the CRC, the FACON unit, or via the FIC.
