If passengers and crew members cannot present a vaccination certificate, they must undergo a vaccination at the airport. During the incubation period, they are under enhanced medical supervision. If passengers or crew members refuse a vaccination, then entry or transit may, depending on the epidemic situation, not be allowed, or quarantine may be imposed on them during the incubation period, or, exceptionally, they may become subject to enhanced medical supervision in conformity with Regulation of the Ministry of Health of the Czech Republic No.48/1991 Coll, as amended by public notice No.527/1991 Coll.

On departure, there are no other specific health procedures prescribed, unless there are extraordinary circumstances due to an epidemic situation. In case of such a situation, Czech citizens may, among other things, be required to present an International Vaccination Certificate and foreign nationals will be on request vaccinated at the airport by the Medical Supervision of the state boundaries.
