What and where?
No Planning Zone (NPZ) is an airspace of defined dimensions within which the planning of flight trajectory is either not permitted or allowed under certain specified conditions.

How?
NPZs are created to manage the operationally sensitive areas.
Airspace users can avoid this area by planning via appropriate significant points around NPZ or according to described conditions.
Flight planning through the relevant NPZ will cause a reject message by IFPS except where the set conditions are met.
