2Guidelines for the use of airspaces LKTRA105 and LKTRA106
2.1Activation of LKTRA105 and LKTRA106 results in the segregation of these areas from the controlled airspace of class C and E within the area of responsibility of the respective local ATC unit. Once these areas become active, airspace class G conditions and rules apply within them.
2.2Separation from LKTRA105 and LKTRA106 areas, where class G airspace applies, is not provided.
2.3During the activation of the areas, PROSTĚJOV RADIO (Providing information to known traffic unit) will always be active and available on channel 126.905. Backup communication is available via telephone at +420 739 340 130.
2.4The drop zone controller will be in permanent contact with PROSTĚJOV RADIO and will also be available at the dedicated coordination phone number +420 724 313 525 for communication with aircraft participating in the competition.
2.5Information on the current activation/deactivation status of the areas will be available at ACC Praha and FIC Praha.
2.6LKTRA105 and LKTRA106 are managed by AMC.
2.7Users of these areas are required to operate in accordance with AIP CR (ENR 1.1.9 – Use of Airspace of the Czech Republic). Accordingly, the user (or designated representative) shall:
- by 10:00 UTC each day, notify AMC of any changes in this reservation (e.g. time reduction, vertical limitation, cancellation) for the following day, which will be published via the AUP,
- immediately notify AMC of any deviations from the published AUP, particularly cancellation or early termination of activity for the given day, which will be published via the UUP,
- activate the respective areas with AMC no later than 20 minutes prior to the commencement of activity, in accordance with AIP CR,
- deactivate the respective areas with AMC immediately after the end of activity, in accordance with AIP CR (deactivation is not required if the next activity is expected within 60 minutes of the previous termination; reactivation is required before resuming activity),
- ensure that the published activation time of the areas is not exceeded.
3Guidelines for the entry of other airspace users not participating in the PARA 2025 competition into the airspace of the Czech Republic
3.1Information on the current activation status of the areas will be provided by FIC Praha and ACC Praha. The validity of the information provided is 15 minutes. After this period, pilots must consider the areas as active.
3.2On the published days, entry into LKTRA105 and LKTRA106 will be permitted to aircraft based on approval issued by the appropriate ATS unit. The following flights will always be permitted entry after coordination with PROSTĚJOV RADIO:
- Flights of the Air Service of the Police of the Czech Republic, flights conducted for the saving of human life (SAR, HEMS), and aerial firefighting flights, which may enter the area based on permission issued by the respective ATC service unit,
- In case of urgent need for entry of Czech Air Force aircraft into these areas while performing tasks under NATINAMDS (NATO Integrated Air and Missile Defence System) and the National Reinforcement System of Air Defence of the Czech Republic (NaPoSy PVO ČR), the aforementioned ATC unit is authorized to temporarily suspend the competition.
